Canada's 2022 Best Employer for Diversity according to Forbes

In 2022, Forbes listed Manuelle Alix-Surprenant (picture), Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Hydro Québec to be Forbes' Best Employer for Diversity 2022. The diversity ranking was performed with cooperation from market research company Statista, and was calculated from the feedback of more than 10,000 Canadians working for businesses with at least 500 employees in Canada, with extra weight given to respondents from underrepresented groups ( Todd-Ryan S., 2022).
